This rich and decadent-tasting chocolate dessert has been creatively revised to deliver all the flavor and silky texture of a traditional chocolate mousse, with fewer calories and less fat.
Ingredients
¾ cup dark chocolate pieces
12 oz. low fat soft (silken) tofu
2 Tbsp. orange liqueur
Grated orange zest
Fat free whip topping
Directions
1. Melt chocolate pieces (either on medium heat in the microwave or stove top in a double boiler over medium-high heat).
2. Place melted chocolate, tofu, and orange liqueur in blender; blend until smooth.
3. Divide mousse into 8 smaller serving cups or dishes.
4. Garnish with whip topping and orange zest.
