Just came back from L.A. I tried reintroducing old foods to my diet that I haven’t had in some time while I was there and was surprised to have fewer flare-ups that I anticipated as a result (especially since the last few trips I’ve taken had my stomach really mad). I did have discomfort and pressure and not such healthy stools at times, but no blood. My goal at this point is to take it slow and aim for balance as I experiment with different foods.
