Great- thanks for your help. really happy that this site is here for people like me. family and friends have no idea what I go through on a daily basis.
control is an interesting word— to my friends and family I try to minimize the constant stress & discomfort. It is a balancing act, trying to keep up the best behaviors and treatments. And of course, I know there are others that are in worse situations and I am grateful in so many ways. Connecting with other people has made a big difference– knowing that I am not the only one struggling. thanks for asking charles.
I too am appreciative of the support i find here. We need to tell others about this group-the more that join the more we can learn from each other

It is important to have a place where you can find support from people who understand what you are going through!
Welcome to the group; what is your status? Have you been able to control the crohns with diet or medicines?

I have had to think of this as defining a ‘new normal’– I have also found a lot of comfort in chatting with others who have this.
Same here; nice to connect; really appreciate Suburban Docs for setting up this forum. Makes me feel less alone and more supported.

Agree completely-these virtual support groups from the doctor make it so much easier to connect with others and share information .
