So my doctor told me to put some bricks under my bed to raise the head of the bed at night to help relieve my GERD symptoms. Has this actually worked for anyone? Seems a bit wierd to me.

the bricks didn’t quite work for me (i.e. with the frame of my bed, etc, it just wasn’t stable). I invested in an adjustable bed– was expensive but has been very helpful.

Well thats great news; i guess bricks are “old school” How high did you have to adjust to get relief?
