Hi, I’m new here and thought I’d introduce myself. I hope that’s appropriate. Dx w/UC several years ago. No symptoms at this time. I have ankylosing spondylitis and also get occasional uveitis flares. Occasional minor PsA involvement.

Welcome to the group. Congrats on being symptom free! Its nice to hear. What have you found to be most helpful in controlling your UC symptoms? Are you on medication?

Sorry for the delayed reply @charles . Due to serious reaction to meds, I haven’t been on medication for years now. For me, I try to find the right amount of exercise, rest, stress and diet are helpful. How about you?

Well thats encouraging to hear; no meds for 6 years. Does UC kind of burn out over time or do you think the diet, exercise, etc made the difference?
